Appointments

Examination Appointments
We see examination appointments six days a week to better accomodate your
schedule. We do not close for lunch, but the veterinarians are out for lunch from
12:00-1:30. The receptionist is available during lunch time so clients can pick up
medications, schedule appointments, and drop off or pick up their pets. During
the week, we schedule appointments from 8:00 am to noon and 1:30 pm to
close. On Saturday mornings, we see appointments from 8:00 am - noon.

Surgery Appointments
You must have an appointment for surgical procedures! Basic vaccinations are
required to be up to date for surgical patients (Cats: Rabies & FVRCP, Dogs:
Rabies & DA2PP). If vaccines are not up to date, they can be given on the day of
surgery. Routine surgeries (spay, neuter, dental cleaning, etc.) are performed
Monday-Friday. Your pet should be dropped off on the morning of surgery
between 7:30-9:00 am on an empty stomach. Depending on the procedure, your
pet may go home the same day or spend the night. More complicated surgical
procedures (orthopedics, biopsies, mass removals, etc.) are also performed
Monday-Friday, please call our office for more information.

Grooming Appointments
We do not have a groomer on staff, but we do offer some grooming services
including nail trims, anal gland expression, ear plucking, baths, and flea
treatments. For bathing, you must drop your pet off between 7:30-9:00 am the
day of your appointment. Your pet can usually be picked up after 4:00 pm the
same day. Nail trims, anal gland expressions, and ear plucking can be scheduled
as a regular office visit.

Boarding Appointments
We offer dog and cat boarding for extablished clients. Pets must be up to date
on vaccinations to stay in our boarding facililities. Pets can be dropped off and
picked up anytime during our regular office hours. There is no drop off/pick up for
boarding animals on Saturday afternoon or Sunday.

We work by appointments (instead of walk-ins) to keep your wait to a
minimum. Please call our office at (865) 983-4020 to schedule an appointment.

We require payment at the time of service and accept cash, checks, Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards. We also accept CareCredit,
which allows you to make payments on your bill over a 6-12 month period with
a finance charge. You can apply for CareCredit by phone (800-677-0718) or
online at www.carecredit.com. CareCredit is the only type of payment plan we
offer at this time.
